Visit the factory

The address is a working fabrication shop, not a showroom. You are welcome any time we are open (Mon – Fri, 7am – 5pm Pacific) — call ahead and someone will be free to walk you through the floor, where you will see the steel, the welds and the powder coat up close, which is the honest way to judge a gate photos flatten out. Local customers can also skip freight entirely and collect a finished order here by will-call; see Shipping & delivery.

What to send where

• Help with an order — reply to your confirmation email, or use the form with your order number. Tracking and status are covered on the Help center.
• Shipment arrived damaged — note it on the delivery receipt first, then report it within the window on the Shipping page. The assistant can take your photos.
