For professionals
A good share of the gates we build go into projects run by someone other than the owner — a fence contractor hanging it, an architect specifying it, a builder ordering six of them, an HOA approving it. This page is how each of you works with GateFrames today: what we provide, how quotes and larger orders happen, and where to tell us about your business.
Straight talk on programs. We do not yet run a formal trade or dealer program with published tiers. Professionals order at the same configurator price as anyone, larger and repeat orders are quoted by hand, and the interest form at the bottom is exactly how the program gets shaped — by the people who would use it.
Contractors & installers
You get a gate built to the inch from the numbers you send, the swing or slide install guide for that gate type, the configuration's exact dimensions and weight on the order, a crated pallet with the hinges and hardware the design calls for, and a factory that answers the phone Mon – Fri, 7am – 5pm Pacific when something on site does not match the plan. Weight and hinge geometry are on the product page, so you can size posts and footings before the gate ships; the posts and clearance guide is what we tell homeowners, and it is the same math. Ordering on a client's behalf is fine — use your own account so the order updates reach you, and ship to the job site.
Architects & designers
Everything we build is steel, welded in our own shop and powder-coated, so a specification is mostly dimensions, style, infill and finish — all of which the configurator exposes with live pricing, which makes a budget number for a design review a five-minute job. Materials and construction are described on the factory page. For a design the configurator cannot express — an unusual profile, a matching pedestrian gate and fence run, a specific RAL colour — send the drawing with a professional inquiry and we will tell you plainly whether it is something we can build well.
Builders & developers
Repeat designs across a development are where a made-to-order shop earns its keep: one approved configuration, ordered per lot as each driveway is poured, with the same drawing and the same finish every time. We can hold a configuration on file, quote a run in advance, and stage shipments to match your schedule rather than yours to ours. Start with a multi-unit quote — opening widths, count and the site address get you a real number.
Commercial projects
Wider openings, heavier duty cycles and access control are the normal commercial asks. We build wide swing and sliding frames, and we carry operators rated for commercial cycle counts; matching the two — and adding the keypad, intercom or vehicle detection the site needs — is something we would rather do with you on a call than guess at from a form. Request a commercial quote with the site details, or call (408) 260-5145.
HOAs & property managers
For an architectural review, the product page gives you the 3D preview, the dimensions, the finish and the materials for the exact configuration a resident wants to install — enough for most committees to approve without a site visit — and the HOA-friendly designs guide covers the height, setback and sight-line questions that usually come up. Managers replacing gates across a community can treat it like a builder run: one approved design, ordered as each replacement comes due.
Dealers & wholesale
GateFrames is growing into a marketplace where customers can buy gates, operators, access control, hardware and parts from the brands that make them. If you sell or install gates and want to carry our frames, or you are a manufacturer or distributor who would like your products listed here, we want to hear from you. There is no dealer price list yet; tell us about your company, territory and volume with a dealer or wholesale inquiry and we will talk specifics.
Volume pricing
We do not publish a trade discount. Multi-gate orders and repeat configurations are priced by hand from the actual build — steel, welding time and finishing scale with the run — and the quote states exactly what the volume changes. Orders are paid at checkout, and a quoted run is invoiced the same way. Every gate carries the lifetime limited structural warranty regardless of who ordered it.
Getting a quote
For a single gate, the configurator is the quote — the price on the product page is the price, and checkout adds freight to your address. For anything else, the fastest route is the request form with the right topic: include opening widths, quantity, the delivery address and your timeline, and attach drawings if you have them. Quotes come back by email from the person who would build the order.
