Types Of Information We Collect

Non-Personal Information:
Non-personal information is data about usage and service operation that is not directly associated with a specific personal identity. The Operators may collect and analyze non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use the Operators' web sites. Aggregate Information The Operators may gather aggregate information, which refers to information your computer automatically provides to us and that cannot be tied back to you as a specific individual. Examples include referral data (the web sites you visited just before and just after our site), the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. First-Party Analytics Cookie (raicky_vid):
GateFrames sets a single first-party cookie named raicky_vid that contains a randomly generated identifier (UUID) and persists for up to two years. This identifier is used solely for internal, anonymized analytics — counting unique visitors, measuring active sessions on our internal operations dashboards, and de-duplicating page-view counts across browser tabs. The identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personally identifiable information unless you subsequently sign in. The cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, is never read by third-party scripts, and the identifier is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. You may clear it at any time via your browser's cookie controls; doing so simply resets your anonymous identifier on the next visit.

Cookies:
The cookie disclosures in this Privacy Policy together constitute our Cookie Policy. Our site may use a feature of your browser to set a "cookie" on your computer. Cookies are small packets of information that a web site's computer stores on your computer. The Operators' web sites can then read the cookies whenever you visit our site. We may use cookies in a number of ways, such as to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, to deliver content specific to your interests and to track the pages you've visited. These cookies allow us to use the information we collect to customize your experience so that your visit to our site is as relevant and as valuable to you as possible. Phone and browser voice conversations:
When you call us or start a voice conversation through our website, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, and we tell you so at the start of the call. The resulting information may include your phone number, voice, transcript, requested topic, call timing, and transfer outcome. We and our voice and telephony service providers, including Twilio and Vapi, use this information to connect you with the right team member, help us call you back after a missed call, maintain service quality, and investigate technical or security problems. Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is optional. If you choose it, GateFrames requests only the standard openid, profile, and email permissions. Google provides us with your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile photo. We use this information only to create or link and secure your GateFrames account, identify you when you return, display your account profile, and associate your saved cart, gate designs, order history, and orders with you. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google services. You may disconnect access through your Google Account permissions and may contact us at info@GateFrames.com to request deletion of your GateFrames account and associated personal information.

Members-Only Web Sites:
Information you provide on Operators' membership applications is used to create a member profile, and some information may be shared with other of the Operators' individual member representatives and organizations. Member contact information may be provided to other members on a secure web site to encourage and facilitate collaboration, research, and the free exchange of information among the Operators' members, but we expressly prohibit members from using member contact information to send unsolicited commercial correspondence. The Operators' members may be automatically added to the Operators' mailing lists. From time to time, member information may be shared with event organizers and/or other organizations that provide additional benefits to the Operators' members. By providing us with your personal information on the membership application, you expressly consent to our storing, processing, and distributing your information for these purposes.

Analytics, Advertising, and Fraud Prevention

Analytics.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use gateframes.com so we can improve it. Analytics data is sent through our own first-party server-side container, we enable IP anonymization, and we keep Google's advertising features and Google Signals turned off, so this analytics data is not used to build cross-site advertising profiles of you.

Advertising and conversion measurement.
We advertise GateFrames through Google Ads (and may use other advertising partners, such as Meta, where enabled). To measure which ads lead to purchases, we use conversion tracking, including server-side (offline) conversion import and Enhanced Conversions. For Enhanced Conversions and for our Customer Match audiences, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your email address is sent to the ad platform to match a purchase to an ad click and to reach or exclude existing customers — we do not send the advertising platform your raw email address for these purposes. When you arrive from a Google ad, we store the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) in a first-party cookie named raicky_click for up to 90 days so we can attribute a later purchase to the ad you clicked.

Google Ads API OAuth integration.
GateFrames operates a private, first-party Google Ads API application for its own advertising accounts. Authorized GateFrames staff and systems use the Google Ads API https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords permission to configure advertising measurement, upload the conversion and hashed customer data described above, and maintain GateFrames's customer audiences. This integration is not offered to customers, does not ask visitors to authorize Google Ads access, and never accesses a visitor's Google Ads account. See our Google Ads API application details.

Invalid-click and fraud prevention.
To detect and prevent invalid or fraudulent ad clicks and to reduce wasted advertising spend, we collect and retain for a limited period (approximately 30 days) technical information about visits that arrive from paid ads, including a coarse, network-level (IPv6 /64-bucketed) form of your IP address, approximate country, device/browser signals, and the ad click identifier. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud; for California residents this is collected as necessary for security and fraud prevention. This information is access-restricted, used only for ad-integrity and fraud prevention, automatically deleted after the retention period, and is not used to build marketing profiles or linked to your account unless required to investigate a specific dispute. Visitors who opt out (see Your Privacy Choices) are excluded from this collection.

Sharing with Google and international transfers.
The advertising and measurement data described above is shared with Google, which acts as an independent controller for measuring ads and detecting invalid traffic. Where this involves transferring information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to the United States, that transfer is made under Google's certification to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Privacy Choices

California (CCPA/CPRA).
California residents can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time using our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically — when your browser sends GPC, we treat you as opted out. Opting out disables the advertising data sharing and the paid-click fraud logging described above; essential analytics needed to operate the site may continue. California residents also have the right to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EEA and UK.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including the fraud-prevention processing described above. How We Use Your Information

The Operators may use non-personal data that is aggregated for reporting about the Operators' web site usability, performance, and effectiveness. It may be used to improve the experience, usability, and content of the site. The Operators may use personal information to provide services that support the activities of the Operators' members and their collaboration on the Operators' standards and projects. When accessing the Operators' members-only web pages, your personal user information may be tracked by the Operators in order to support collaboration, ensure authorized access, and enable communication between members. Credit card information may be collected to facilitate membership applications; or if you purchase a product or service from our website, such information will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services requested. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Payment processing services may be provided by a third-party payment service, and a management company external to the Operators may provide support for the financial activities of the Operators. The Operators may share your personal information with its partners to facilitate these transactions.

Information Sharing

The Operators does not sell, rent, or lease any individual's personal information or lists of email addresses to anyone for marketing purposes, and we take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security of this information. However, the Operators reserve the right to supply any such information to any organization into which the Operators may merge in the future or to which it may make any transfer in order to enable a third party to continue part or all of its mission. We also reserve the right to release personal information to protect our systems or business, when we reasonably believe you to be in violation of our Terms of Use or if we reasonably believe you to have initiated or participated in any illegal activity. In keeping with our open process, the Operators may maintain publicly accessible archives for the majority of our activities. On some sites, anonymous users are allowed to post content and/or participate in forum discussions. In such a case, since no user name can be associated with such a user, the IP address number of a user is used as an identifier. Security
