How this calculator works
Every price on this page is computed by the same configurator that prices our product page and checkout, for a steel gate built to the inch in our San Jose, California shop. It is the list price before any running sale.
Width drives most of the cost: frame steel and infill are priced per inch of infill width, a slide gate carries more frame than a swing gate of the same opening, and wood infill adds material and labor. Freight, posts and installation are not included.
